Structure
1. This series lamp is portable, the lamp head and battery part are connected by cable's upper
cover to be a whole miner's lamp. Lamp head could be fixed on cap lamp.
2. A LED main light source is installed in, KL5LM(A), several LED auxiliary light sources.
Clockwise turn on switch, main source and auxiliary sources illuminate alternatively.
3. This battery case is designed with closed wear-ring, convenient for carrying.
4. This lamp head is designed with charging device, matching with charging set, convenient
and reliable for charging.
5. PTC self-protection is set between battery group, and reusable short circuit protective
device is set on cable's battery end. Thus, this is very safe and reliable.

Usage and maintenance
1. The battery is charged with more than 1/4 power when shipped out of factory, turn on the
switch to make sure it can illuminate normally. If it was in good condition, charge and use it.
Follow the charging set user manual, connect to power supply, plug lamp head into charging
socket, clockwise turn 180 degree to make charging points contact well, watch whether the
indicator is normal. It will take 10 hours to be charged fully.
2. Charge with matched charging set or unit charger.
3. Please turn off lamp when charging.
4. If any damage happened in using, give it to check department after leaving mine well, and
maintain by professional person with special tool, don't open lamp yourself, especially under
mine.
5. Don't over discharge lamp, use it in stipulated time, otherwise, battery's capacity and life
of service would be reduced.
6. If lamp head happened short circuit in maintenance or other operation, disposal the faulty,
and restart the lamp, it will work normally.
7. If the lamp was not used usually, please charge per three months in storage period.
8. Don't acutely knock or collide lamp in carrying or using, to avoid damage to any parts to
affect normal warning.
